Oh yes, it’s #ThankfulThursday lovelies and it has been a week of glorious highs, and a couple of sad lows. First, I am THRILLED by the response to ‘Destruction’ by everyone. The reviews and the conversations around my latest dark romance are making me so damn happy, and I cannot explain how much that means to me right now. Unfortunately, as I’m balancing the thrilling release of this book, I’m also supporting a close friend whose husband was killed on Thanksgiving (https://www.gofundme.com/zimmermanrandle). The funeral is on Sunday, and I am doing what I can to be there for her and that family who I’ve known since I was a kid. More *good* things though, on Friday I get to see Lindsey Stirling in concert with some friends, and on Saturday there’s a wonderful Christmas party that I’m taking my kiddo to. So, as with my writing, the world is always a mix of darkness and light, and sometimes we get reminders of the darkness so we can take time to appreciate the light.
